We like to do things ourselves!
Besides sales, customer service, logistics, quality management etc., we have our own in-house marketing agency at our disposal, embedded in our e-commerce department in Hohenschäftlarn. This is where everything comes together for our online shops Jalousiescout and GRILL & MORE, where our experts from the areas of web design and development, search engine optimization, content, social media and other fields are located.
And when it comes to customer service on the telephone, we still prefer to do it ourselves instead of outsourcing: Our three teams are located in Hohenschäftlarn and Duisburg, where they provide our customers with personal, competent support.
This shows: When it comes to important things, we don’t like to hand over the reins. We prefer to do them ourselves whenever possible, committing ourselves to the highest level of quality each and every day.

The office is just a few yards from the Hohenschäftlarn commuter train stop, and Hohenschäftlarn is about 30 minutes away from downtown Munich. The highway in the direction Munich and Starnberg is also easy to reach. Our location in Duisburg, in the heart of North Rhine Westphalia, is very central.
