New CFO at Rollladen Sch\u00f6nberger Verwaltung GmbH<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Rollladen Sch\u00f6nberger GmbH & Co. KG with headquarters in Hohensch\u00e4ftlarn near Munich announces that Mr. Norbert Mauss will support the current shareholder and CEO, Mr. Michael Alexander Mayer, as CFO of Rollladen Sch\u00f6nberger Verwaltung GmbH effective April 2, 2013.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Mauss looks back at a successful past as a controller at Fiduzia Treuhand AG and Linde Gas AG. Most recently, Mr. Mauss acted as commercial director of Richco Plastic Deutschland GmbH for 7 years. As CFO, he will be responsible for commercial processes at the company in particular. \u201cWith Mr. Mauss, our executive management has gained an excellent businessman with international experience who is sure to support and manage company growth on the commercial side of things,\u201d says Mr. Mayer. Further, the shareholder informs that longstanding executive employees Messrs. Tolga Naldemir and Christian Simon will also be appointed proxies with power of attorney with sole signature rights effective April 2, 2013. As COO, Mr. Naldemir will be responsible for all operational \u2013 that is primarily administrative\/organizational \u2013 processes in the company. As CPO, Mr. Simon will be in charge of cross-company organizational processes at the product level. Mr. Mayer also announces that he will be withdrawing from operational business to be able to focus more on strategic and international growth in the future. <\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n
