Change in executive management<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

After 1 \u00bd years as the Group CEO and Managing Director, Markus Roth was relieved of the post in November 2016, having previously been involved in the implementation of new ERP software and the strategic alignment of the subsidiaries in the Far East.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As CEO, Mr. Michael Mayer will assume Group Management together with CFO Mr. Norbert Mauss and COO Mr. Tolga Naldemir. Mr. Tolga Naldemir has been with the Group since the very beginning, one of the very first employees in 2005 when e-commerce division Jalousiescout was established. Besides strengthening and expanding the market position, Mr. Tolga Naldemir will assume the central task of creating additional structures in the company, incorporating strategies in operational business and improving operational processes. The Group remains on a double-digit growth course. Besides the rolling shutter and solar protection portfolio, the focus is primarily on establishing the product range of barbecues and all types of tents. In the Far East, new markets will also be developed in the areas of cosmetics and medical engineering. The company currently employs more than 400 associates and generates total sales of approx. 90 million USD worldwide. <\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n
